Replacement Bolts, Rivets and Small Parts
Small parts get sheared, stripped or left behind in a parking lot. This is where you replace them without buying the whole assembly again: bolt kits for a specific tool box model, rivets and badges, hitch hardware and pins, recovery hardware, and the odd bracket that came in a kit you no longer have the box for.

Measuring your bed
Put a tape measure inside the bed, from the inside of the bulkhead (front wall) to the inside of the closed tailgate. Round to the nearest inch — a 69" measurement is a 5'8" bed.
Bed length is measured inside the box, not along the outside of the truck.
Still unsure? Leave it blank to see every length that fits your truck, or call 888-865-4024.
WEATHER GUARD bolt kits are listed against the exact box models they fit. UWS covers replacement rivets and logo badges, down to the rivet diameter that suits its handles. Blue Ox supplies hitch hardware for towing setups, and CURT adds more of the same.
Factor 55, Warn and Superwinch cover the recovery side, including the clevis flag that keeps a hand clear during a pull. Small pieces from Bilstein, Fabtech, Smittybilt and Auto Ventshade AVS turn up here as well.
Ordering goes easier if you have the model number of whatever the part belongs to. These are fit-specific pieces, and close is not the same as correct on a fastener. Recovery hardware in particular is not the place to improvise, since a shackle or a pin should be replaced with the part specified for it rather than something out of a hardware store bin.
Common Questions
How do I find the right bolt kit for my tool box?
By the box model number. Manufacturers list a bolt kit against the specific models it serves, and you will see those numbers right in the listing here. The model number is usually on a sticker inside the lid. Matching by eye is how people end up with a bolt that threads but sits at the wrong length.
Can I buy just the pin or the hardware instead of a whole kit?
That is what this section is for. Rather than replacing a hitch, a tool box or a recovery kit because one piece went missing, the individual bolts, rivets, pins, badges and brackets are sold on their own. If you do not see the exact piece listed, call us and we can usually track down the part number.
