The CURT ActiveLink cargo carrier is built around a revolutionary coupling technology that allows the accessory to be installed on your vehicle faster and easier than ever. Plus, this aluminum cargo carrier provides generous storage space for your items, a 500-pound weight capacity, and it weighs only 25 pounds. The secret to this cargo carrier is its ActiveLink shank. Once the shank is installed in the receiver hitch on your vehicle, the cargo carrier can be mounted in seconds with very little effort. No more climbing down on your hands and knees to line up rusty, grimy components. The shank has an integrated rest point to line the cargo carrier up perfectly, and it features a plastic lining for reduced vibrations. Pop on the carrier when you need it and easily pop it off when you don't. The ActiveLink shank is also compatible with other ActiveLink accessories, allowing you to swap out your cargo carrier with a bike rack, ball mount or whatever the day's adventure demands. This aluminum hitch cargo carrier from CURT provides dependable strength, featuring a 500-pound rating. It assembles with only six bolts, and it weighs only 25 pounds, making it even easier to install, remove, lift and hang for storage. When we couldn’t get it resolved, I called first thing Monday morning and they had me scheduled right away.
