Common questions about shed sizes, delivery and rent to own

Can I rent a shed to own?

Yes, on sheds up to 12' x 24', with no credit check. Terms are 36 or 48 months, and 60 months when the price is $4,000 or more. Two monthly payments are due at signing.

Are sheds built on my property?

No. Wood sheds are built at our Birmingham warehouse and delivered fully assembled, then set in place on concrete blocks. Nothing is built in your yard.

What does my yard need for a shed delivery?

A level spot with at least 14 feet 6 inches of overhead clearance, about 5 feet clear on every side and a clear path in for the delivery truck. Level ground, concrete, gravel or compacted earth all work.

Is delivery included?

Delivery and set-up on wood sheds are included within 200 miles of your H&H store. Wood buildings 14 and 16 feet wide also need a road escort, billed separately. Aluminum delivery is free in our service area.
