I must say I hate having to deal with things to do with the truck, however the sweetest gentleman was very attentive and not only put on the hitch, but put on the lift and found a needed screw, as well as he took the time to show me all the necessary steps to be successful. Great service, nice people, check them out for sure.
The guys were thorough and detail oriented. They went to great lengths to explain the product and were Happ to any any questions.

This past Saturday 6/13/26, H&H put my replacement tail light in with speed and care. This guys know what they are doing, super friendly, and are fast and caring when handling your vehicle.

Appointment was easily set and worked well with my schedule. Installer was very nice and helpful. Truck bed cover looked nice installed. I am concerned with a rattling on the interstate that can be heard with the rear window open and is annoying, which I often do in the spring and fall. Maybe an adjustment of something will be necessary.
Felipe at the Gardendale location is a very experienced and knowledgeable salesman. We have purchased both a metal building and now an above ground pool from him, and have been greatly impressed by his professionalism and knowledge of his products. I purchased new step bars for my truck. The sales team were professional, friendly and knowledgeable about the products. When my order came in they promptly call me and scheduled my installation. They were fast on the install too. I will definitely shop there again.

Two things: 1. Great job by Felipe and the guys installing my tonneau cover, and discarding the old one a tree had fell on. 2. They also fixed it 6 months later after my dumb butt self did not secure it when I folded it up. Very easy to talk with and come up with the right solution for your truck needs

I spoke with Phillip about getting a foldable hard cover for my truck! He was helpful and knowledgeable on all things truck accessories —easy to work with & great customer service, especially for tonneau covers. No better place around town to get truck accessories! When the cover was in-stock, DJ installed it in about 30 minutes in their garage! Great guys here!!

From the first time I walked in to get a B&W hitch, I was at home thinking this small little spot Inpass by every day is a secret truck superstore that wasn’t really a secret. Phillip mentioned they do pretty much everything that deals with truck accessories and I wanted more. Came back for a set of Putco tailgate strip lights and had them installed. Once an issue was found it was taken care of almost immediately. I’ll be back. Highly recommend.

The topper itself is high quality, the paint job is a perfect match and it looks absolutely stunning on my new truck! But, being honest, I was pretty disappointed that they left the dust from the mounting and didn't wash the topper when they were done with it... With the price I paid, I kind of expected a little more "service", if you will. Might seem petty, but that's my opinion.

The lot carries H&H custom wood buildings and Thrifty aluminum buildings, walked through rather than picked from a brochure, along with Dynasty and DreamMaker spas and H&H above-ground pools. Carports, garages and metal enclosures go up at your address.
