Great service , and follow Up. I will be back
Excellent job and I'm well pleased.
Great service. Multiple purchases over the years and never a bed experience.
I must say I hate having to deal with things to do with the truck, however the sweetest gentleman was very attentive and not only put on the hitch, but put on the lift and found a needed screw, as well as he took the time to show me all the necessary steps to be successful. Great service, nice people, check them out for sure.
The guys were thorough and detail oriented. They went to great lengths to explain the product and were Happ to any any questions.
Truck bed cover installation exactly as promised! Staff was great! Highly recommend !
This past Saturday 6/13/26, H&H put my replacement tail light in with speed and care. This guys know what they are doing, super friendly, and are fast and caring when handling your vehicle.
Chris helped me with an adjustment on my bed cover! Great fella awesome help! I appreciate it!
Appointment was easily set and worked well with my schedule. Installer was very nice and helpful. Truck bed cover looked nice installed. I am concerned with a rattling on the interstate that can be heard with the rear window open and is annoying, which I often do in the spring and fall. Maybe an adjustment of something will be necessary.
Felipe at the Gardendale location is a very experienced and knowledgeable salesman. We have purchased both a metal building and now an above ground pool from him, and have been greatly impressed by his professionalism and knowledge of his products. If you are looking for a great buying experience Felipe is your man !
Friendly and professional staff. Work completed on time.
Outstanding service and I definitely recommend H&H to anyone interested for the truck accessories they sell.
I purchased new step bars for my truck. The sales team were professional, friendly and knowledgeable about the products. When my order came in they promptly call me and scheduled my installation. They were fast on the install too. I will definitely shop there again.
Phillip the sales person was very informative and helpful. The Installation was quick and a good job. I’d highly recommend H&H.
Two things: 1. Great job by Felipe and the guys installing my tonneau cover, and discarding the old one a tree had fell on. 2. They also fixed it 6 months later after my dumb butt self did not secure it when I folded it up. Very easy to talk with and come up with the right solution for your truck needs
Excellent customer service!
Filipe in the front office was great. !! Took care of everything I needed !!
Staff was friendly and professional, and the Installation looks super clean.
Great customer support and very easy to work with.
Have shopped at the Gardendale H&H several times, and like always these guys are professional and courteous. The bedliner that I had sprayed in looks awesome. Thanks H&H Gardendale
Felipe and the guys at the Gardendale location were great. They repaired my hydraulic rod on tonneau cover where the rivets sheared off. They were fast and very friendly. Thanks, guys.
I spoke with Phillip about getting a foldable hard cover for my truck! He was helpful and knowledgeable on all things truck accessories —easy to work with & great customer service, especially for tonneau covers. No better place around town to get truck accessories! When the cover was in-stock, DJ installed it in about 30 minutes in their garage! Great guys here!!
Phillip sold us the carport and he was very professional and informative. The installation crew showed up on time and worked and was also very professional and had my carport installed in no time. Looks great.
James and Nathan are the best!! I will not use this company if these two guys are not available.
Had a wonderful experience i will be back
The salesman was very knowledgeable of the items I asked about. He was patient wi the all of my questions due to my first time in the store and his professionalism was on point
Great customer service, very helpful and attentive to every detail of service.
The install was quick and the staff was professional and kind.
Very good service. Even with a couple hiccups they went above and beyond to make things right. The hiccups were some of my doing also. My point of contact was extremely easy and professional to work with. Overall great experience.
From the first time I walked in to get a B&W hitch, I was at home thinking this small little spot Inpass by every day is a secret truck superstore that wasn’t really a secret. Phillip mentioned they do pretty much everything that deals with truck accessories and I wanted more. Came back for a set of Putco tailgate strip lights and had them installed. Once an issue was found it was taken care of almost immediately. I’ll be back. Highly recommend.
I was well please with the work and was done in a timely manner
Phillip and his crew got on installing the trailer hit that I purchased as soon as I arrived, He had 3 guys working on it and the time it took was a miracle, I was expecting to be there about 4 hours and was only there about 2..I will be back there to purchase other items for my house or car..H&H is Awesome..5 Stars
Easy to work with, install went smoothly, and they made sure I had contact info to follow up if any trouble arose
smooth shopping experience end to end; got the large part in quickly (basically one business day), and fast and professional install. will definitely shop there again!
Great installation and fast
Great service Great product Great price Great communication
I have had a great experience. I am glad my car salesman recommended them for additional add ons for my new truck.
Excellent service, wonderful products and all done in a timely fashion. Logan is a true professional! John and I are customers for life! Thank y’all so much
Very positive experience. Work started as scheduled. Courtesy and well informed. No surprise and efficient.
The topper itself is high quality, the paint job is a perfect match and it looks absolutely stunning on my new truck! But, being honest, I was pretty disappointed that they left the dust from the mounting and didn't wash the topper when they were done with it... With the price I paid, I kind of expected a little more "service", if you will. Might seem petty, but that's my opinion.
Logan was great to deal with from start to finish. Bed cover looks great, they had me in and out in no time.
Great service and prompt on installing accessories on my truck
Good service.
Everything went great, friendly guys, cleanly done! Very pleased!
Outstanding customer service! Great communications. I spent most of my business life in the truck equipment industry, as President of Fontaine and serviced as President of the National Truck Equipment Association (NTEA). These guys are exactly what we wanted in presenting our products to our customers. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Installed AMP Research steps on my 06 2500HD. Staff was super knowledgeable and great communication. Will be back!
Quick, clean, respectful. 5 stars for everything from purchase to clean up
Installation crew was great. Nice guys. I would recommend to anyone. The garage looks great also.
Good service
H&H is the BEST. Great customer service and always do what they say they will do. Never had a problem with them.
Quick, expert, and knowledgeable service.
Service performed on time. Very timely and great information and instructions on the product purchased. I will use this location in Gardendale for additional work.
The gentleman at the Gardendale location was very professional and knowledgeable of all the items that I was interested in purchasing. I appreciated his knowledge of the products and his straightforwardness when it came to the recommendations that he had for my truck. When the items that I purchased came in, actually earlier than I expected, there was no hesitation in setting up an installation date and time so that I can enjoy the products that I had purchased. After the accessories were installed I was shown how to properly operate and shown what I needed to do to extend the life of the items for my truck. This is why I have purchased other items from this location and will continue to do so.
Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Very punctual. Thanks! I’m a repeat customer and wouldn’t hesitate to do more business with this store.
