¾" LP ProStruct tongue-and-groove floors — thicker than the 5/8" most competitors use — over pressure-treated joists 16" on center, notched into 4×6 skids with hurricane clips. 10-year limited warranty.
Walls & Siding
LP SmartSide 19/32" tongue-and-groove siding with a 5/50-year warranty over No. 2 pine studs, 16" on center with double studs every 4 feet. Every joist lines up with a stud, every truss with a stud.
Roofing
LP TechShield radiant-barrier sheathing blocks up to 97% of radiant heat — up to 30° cooler inside. Gusseted trusses, with 20-year warranties on both sheathing and metal roofing.
Doors
6'5" double doors built on ultra-strong headers with tension rods against warping, locking handles, storm chains, heavy-duty 6" T-hinges, and a diamond-tread aluminum threshold.
