Excellent customer service and extremely kind
Awesome customer service and work provided on my Tacoma here! Jason called some of the manufacturers for me to find out about installations before I ordered the wrong mods myself. Jeff couldn’t be more pleasant to work with when I came back for my install and Brandon really hooked me up with the above par work on my truck! I went to get running boards for my Wrangler on the suggestion from my salesman, and the service did not disappoint. The parts and install was just a bit more than half the cost of the Mopar running boards ALONE. I didn't have to wait too long at all. I was in and out, no problems. Would definitely recommend!

I had a problem with a tonneau cover almost blowing off. I patched it as best I could and visited H & H in Muscle Shoals to see if they could fix it even though it had been installed at a different H & H store. Rusty was kind enough to fix it easily. Highly recommend this individual.

It was a good experience, everything went as we told, although a little delayed. The waiting room was however not comfortable and could have used a good deep cleaning and more comfortable seating. The bed liner we purchased was great but the store needs a little TLC!
