Excellent customer service and extremely kind
Awesome customer service and work provided on my Tacoma here! Jason called some of the manufacturers for me to find out about installations before I ordered the wrong mods myself. Jeff couldn’t be more pleasant to work with when I came back for my install and Brandon really hooked me up with the above par work on my truck! I would highly recommend going here over other locations for their honesty and shopping assistance to get exactly what you need. Definitely ask for Brandon :)

I went to get running boards for my Wrangler on the suggestion from my salesman, and the service did not disappoint. The parts and install was just a bit more than half the cost of the Mopar running boards ALONE. I didn't have to wait too long at all. I was in and out, no problems. Would definitely recommend!

Great experience! Got me in at my booked time. Said it would take an hour, they were done is 40 minutes. Friendly and even showed me photos of the install. Highly recommend for bike hitch install.

I had a problem with a tonneau cover almost blowing off. I patched it as best I could and visited H & H in Muscle Shoals to see if they could fix it even though it had been installed at a different H & H store. Rusty was kind enough to fix it easily. Highly recommend this individual.

It was a good experience, everything went as we told, although a little delayed. The waiting room was however not comfortable and could have used a good deep cleaning and more comfortable seating. The bed liner we purchased was great but the store needs a little TLC!
