BDS Suspension BDS735PES - Performance Elite Lift Kits

Description

BDS offers complete coilover conversion upgrade kits for your Chevy Silverado and GMC Sierra 2500 / 3500 HD, making it effortless to convert your standard lifted suspension into coilovers. These kits are equipped with heavy-duty brackets and FOX 2.5 Coilovers to withstand any rugged use and abuse you subject them to, taking your vehicle's performance to new heights. These upgrade kits are compatible with existing BDS 6-inch lift kits, allowing for seamless integration.

BDS provides a bolt-on bracket for mounting the coilovers to the frame in the shock mount location. To reinforce the upper mount, a weld-in support gusset is utilized. Aside from replacing the factory torsion bars, the upper and lower control arms are also upgraded for enhanced strength and travel to accommodate the new coilovers. The tubular performance upper control arms, specially designed by BDS for this system, work seamlessly with the 2.5 coilovers. The new lower control arms, on the other hand, are built from high-strength steel, fully boxed, and internally gusseted to complement the uppers.

FOX 2.5 Performance Elite Coil-Overs

Tuned and ready to install right out of the box, these bolt-on 2.5-inch diameter coil-overs are built for abuse and packed with race-proven technology. They include a remote reservoir for additional fluid capacity to keep your shocks running cool so you can push the limits in the rough terrain.

DSC Adjustment

FOX Performance Elite 2.5 coil-overs come standard with DSC (dual speed compression) adjustment to tune the high-speed and low-speed compression damping allowing for added control on-road with the ability to easily dial in more aggressive damping offroad. Tuning is a simple twist of the two clearly defined knobs with immediate feedback to dial it in for any terrain

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ WOW – That’s How You Stand Behind Your Work H&H installed my airbags last year, and recently I ran into an issue where they stopped working. From the very first call, they were incredibly helpful and patient, walking me through troubleshooting over the phone trying to save me a trip. When we couldn’t get it resolved, I called first thing Monday morning and they had me scheduled right away. They got the truck in, diagnosed the issue, and replaced the parts — completely under warranty — no hassle, no excuses. A couple hours later I was back on the road. That’s rare service these days. Professional. Honest. Stand-up guys who truly stand behind their work. H&H is hands down the place to go for all your truck needs. 💪
