MX HD is the same heavy-duty cap as the CX HD in the taller mid-height roof. You get the patented internal aluminum skeleton, a roof rack rated to 550 lb and diamond plate storage bins rated to 200 lb each, plus the extra headroom and cargo volume of the MX profile. Aluminum doors and side windoors can replace the glass if you want a commercial spec.

How it differs from the line next to it

MX HD and CX HD are the same cap in two roof heights: MX is mid height, CX is cab height. Against the standard MX Classic, the HD adds the internal aluminum skeleton and the load ratings that come with it, plus the aluminum door options. If you do not need to load the roof, the MX Classic saves money.

Who it suits

Anyone who needs both: real load capacity on the roof and enough height inside to stand gear up. Overland builds, dog boxes, tall equipment, contractors who want a rack and a tall bed.

Conventional glass rear door with locking composite handles, or premium aluminum doors with commercial-grade folding alloy T-handles. F2 mitered half-slider screened side windows and a front picture window. Aluminum side access windoors available in place of glass.

Automotive-grade paint matched to your truck's factory color. Optional OTR UV-stable textured exterior finish.
Warranty
Limited lifetime on the fiberglass shell and mounting rails. Exterior paint lifetime against abnormal fading or peeling. Internal skeleton frame 3 years. Hardware including locks, lights, windows and seals 1 year. Gas props 5 years. Excludes neglect, alteration, abuse, accident, off-road driving and competitive racing.
