The loaded 100XQ - painted spoiler, keyless entry and LED tube light as standard.
The 100XQ Sport is the 100XQ with the option list already ticked. It adds a painted rear spoiler with the third brake light built into it, and it comes with remote keyless entry, a black headliner and a 20-inch adjustable LED tube light instead of a dome light. Same tip-out side glass and frameless rear door as the standard XQ.

The line beside it
These are LEER's fiberglass camper shells - the recreational caps. All of them are molded to fit one specific truck, painted in Axalta automotive paint, and clamped on with J-bolts, so nothing gets drilled. What separates them is glass and height: how the side windows open, whether the rear door is frameless, and whether the cap sits level with the cab or rises above it.

Where these 8 actually differ:

The same on every one of them
Against the plain 100XQ: same shell, same glass, but the Sport adds the painted rear spoiler and makes keyless entry, the black headliner and the LED tube light standard rather than optional. If you were going to add those anyway, this is the model. If you want a clean roofline with no spoiler, buy the 100XQ.
Someone buying a cap for a late-model half-ton or Tundra who wants the cap to look like it came with the truck, and does not want to price up a list of add-ons.
