Yoder builds pellet grills and offset wood pits in the USA out of 10-gauge steel and 1/4" plate, and backs the S-Series cooking chamber for ten years. On the pellet grills you can hold 250°F for a twelve-hour brisket or run it up to 700°F to sear — the same cooker, managed from the app. We are an authorized dealer, so every unit carries full factory warranty support.

Heavy-Gauge Steel

The S-Series pellet grills are built from 10-gauge steel with a ceramic ignition system and custom orange casters as standard. The offset pits step up to 1/4" pipe and plate.

250–700°F

Smoke It or Sear It

Hold 250°F for a twelve-hour smoke, or run 700°F to sear a steak. Yoder pellet grills can also be set up to grill directly over the flame on the same cooker.

Wi-Fi

ACS Control System

The Yoder ACS Adaptive Control System ships with Wi-Fi and Bluetooth and two integrated food probes, so the cook and the meat temperature both live on your phone.

Which One?

YS480S — 800 square inches of cook space with nearly twelve inches of headroom. Enough for briskets, pork butts and a turkey, in the smallest S-Series footprint.

YS640S — 1,070 square inches and the same twelve inches of headroom. The one most families land on, and the one that lives on the competition circuit.

YS1500S — competition capacity: roughly eighteen whole chickens or eighteen racks of spare ribs lying flat, on a 10-gauge steel comp cart with 10" pneumatic tires.

Offset pits — the Wichita at 1,610 square inches, the Durango at 4,141 and the Stockton at just over 4,300 in a compact vertical footprint.
