Measuring your bed
Put a tape measure inside the bed, from the inside of the bulkhead (front wall) to the inside of the closed tailgate. Round to the nearest inch — a 69" measurement is a 5'8" bed.
Bed length is measured inside the box, not along the outside of the truck.

Sizes run across a range, and choosing one is mostly a measuring job. What matters is the clear length of frame between the back of the cab and the rear axle, how much of that is already taken by a fuel tank, exhaust or spare, and how low you are willing to hang something on a truck that sees rough ground.
Both brands list underbed boxes here. Compare on the dimensions and the mounting rather than on the photo, since two boxes that look alike in a listing can be quite different once they are under a truck.

What is an underbody box?
A tool box that mounts under the truck rather than in the bed, usually hung along the frame between the cab and the rear axle, below the bed floor or beside a service body. It keeps tools with the truck permanently and leaves the bed completely open. Service trucks, tow rigs and anyone hauling on a flatbed use them for that reason.
Will one fit my truck?
It depends on what is already under there. Measure the clear space along the frame between the cab and the rear wheels, and note what is in the way, such as the fuel tank, exhaust, spare tire or air tank. Cab and bed length change that space considerably. If you would rather not crawl under it, bring the truck to a store.
