Replacement Lights & Assemblies

Replacement Headlights, Tail Lights, and Light Assemblies

Over time your truck's lighting wears out. Headlight lenses are plastic, and that plastic slowly deteriorates from debris, sun exposure, and everything from rocks down to grains of sand. As your headlights become less effective your visibility drops and nighttime driving gets more dangerous. H&H carries replacement headlights, tail lights, third brake lights, and tailgate bars for all truck makes.

Replacement Headlights

Swapping out your old headlights can dramatically improve your visibility in difficult conditions and instantly make driving safer and more enjoyable. Aftermarket replacement headlights often have easy-to-install, plug-and-play designs and custom fitment to ensure that they look and operate just like your old headlights used to, or better. While we do carry halogen lights, H&H also offers LED replacement headlights for stronger, longer-lasting, and more energy-efficient lighting, plus projector headlights for more intense, focused light.

Whether you are looking for OEM-style replacement headlights or you want to try something completely different, shop with your favorite brands and find truck headlights from PIAA, Anzo, and more.

Replacement Tail Lights

There are plenty of reasons to like aftermarket tail lights. Even if your OEM tail lights are functional, an aftermarket alternative has attractive, eye-popping designs that are hard to find in a factory setup. You might not think a tail light would turn heads, but with an aftermarket tail light assembly your ride will immediately stand out.

The advantages are not just surface level. An LED replacement tail light runs brighter, improving your visibility at night or in inclement weather. LEDs are also a split-second faster than incandescent bulbs, so when your brake light activates, it activates sooner. That advantage seems small, but it might be just enough to prevent a collision.

Upgrading is easy. Many replacement tail light setups work with OEM mounting locations and hardware, and these plug-and-play designs install without modifications or new hardware.

Third Brake Lights

A third brake light has been shown to reduce rear-end collisions by as much as 50 percent. These lights are so effective at preventing accidents that they have been required on all cars since 1986. Driving with a broken third brake light takes away part of your vehicle's ability to avoid an accident.

Fortunately, these safety lights can be quickly and effortlessly replaced. A third brake light replacement is just as effective as the original part thanks to its ultra-bright LED bulbs, and an aftermarket assembly is functionally identical to the factory light, with many assemblies custom-designed for specific vehicle makes and models.

If you have moved your spare tire to the back of your vehicle for more ground clearance, it might obstruct your third brake light. You can relocate the light with a third brake light extension that repositions it over your spare tire. These add-ons do not typically require rewiring and are custom designed to integrate with your vehicle.

LED Tailgate Light Bars

With an LED tailgate light bar you can enhance your truck's looks while improving its visibility to other drivers. Light bars operate just like your truck's existing lights: once installed they provide turn signals, reverse lights, and brake lights. The LEDs on tailgate lights are ultra-bright and long-lasting, which instantly makes driving safer.

Tailgate lights are also easy to install. Most kits include a plug-and-play connector, and some models can be set up in as little as 30 minutes. It is easy to find the right size too: you can buy a universal tailgate light bar or a custom-fit light designed to work with your truck's specifications.
