Ben with H&H was great! Do Not Go Anywhere Else. Here is why: I originally went to Leonard’s and here were the problems: - Problem 1: truck cap was delayed due to Leer not getting the original order. - Problem 2: had to drive to a further location and the truck cap was put on. But after 6 hours the rear taillight and bed light still did not work. - Problem 3: had to drop the truck another day at a different location for the lights to be wired. Due to the inconvenience I received a free bug shield ($70 value) which I like. So I picked up the truck and all lights were working but after driving 15 minutes or so I received a trailer connection alert along with other alerts. I have never received these alerts. The trailer connection alert keeps coming on periodically which is annoying. I am Completely Dissatisfied with the actual installation of the Leer Truck Cap. I paid a total of 3500.00 and still do not have the product working correctly. I cleaned all wire adapters and still keep getting the alerts.I would not recommend this place. - Problem 4: Manager stated he would look into the current issue. Went another day (all day) still no luck. Did not hear anything from the manager for over a week! - Problems Solved: With no luck I decided to call H & H in Pensacola. Ben looked at my truck and was very confident he could fix the wiring issue. I gave Ben a chance and Boy did he deliver! He re-ran the wires, all lights work, even fixed the c clamps that hold the camper shell on. All within a hour! I am very pleased with H & H!
