We’ll match a better price
If you find the same part in stock at another authorized retailer for less, tell us before you buy and we’ll match it — and you still collect it at your local H&H store, installed by our own technicians if it needs installing. We check the competitor’s listing before we match it, and a match is limited to one of an item per customer.
How to ask
Call the store you’d collect from, or bring it up at the counter, before you place the order. Have the competitor’s listing with you — a link or a screenshot showing the part number, the price and that it’s in stock.
What qualifies
- The identical part — same manufacturer, same part number, same finish and size.
- A U.S. seller, authorized by that brand. We check the brand’s own dealer list; if the manufacturer doesn’t list them as an authorized seller, we can’t match them.
- In stock and available to buy at that price right now.
We compare totals, not sticker prices: their price plus their shipping, handling and fees, against our price with free delivery to your store.
What doesn’t
- Auction sites, marketplaces, classified listings and third-party sellers.
- Clearance, closeout, open-box, damaged, refurbished or used stock.
- Member-only, coupon-code, cashback, bundle and limited-quantity pricing.
- Typographical errors, and prices that fall below the manufacturer’s advertised minimum.
- Installation labor. We match the price of the part. Our installation rate is billed separately and isn’t matched against another shop’s labor.
- Sheds, carports and garages. Those are priced to your site and your build, so there’s no like-for-like listing to match.
- Requests made after your order is placed.
Our own price
If hhtruckaccessories.com shows a lower price than the one you were quoted in a store, tell us before you pay and we’ll honor the website price on that order. We don’t adjust an order that’s already been collected.
Some manufacturers set the lowest price we’re allowed to advertise, and where that applies we can’t publish a lower number — and neither can any other authorized dealer for that brand. Call the store anyway: there’s often a manufacturer rebate or a promotion running that doesn’t show on the page.
