Returns & Refunds
We want you to be satisfied with what you buy from H&H Truck & Outdoor. This policy explains what can be returned, in what condition, and how long you have. It applies to purchases made on hhtruckaccessories.com and at our stores.
Special order items are final sale
All sales are final on any special ordered item. A special order is anything we order in specifically for you rather than stock on our shelves — including items ordered in a colour, size, finish or configuration we do not normally carry, and any product built or cut to your vehicle or your specification.
We will tell you at the time of purchase if your item is a special order. If you are not sure whether something is a special order, ask us before you buy, because it cannot be returned once it is placed.
In-stock items
In-stock items may be returned within 15 days of collecting your order, and must be unopened and in their original, unbroken packaging. An item that has been opened, installed, fitted, used, marked, or is missing any part, hardware or documentation cannot be returned.
All returns must be approved by us before they are sent back. A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply.
Refunds are at our discretion
Approval of a return and any refund is granted at the sole discretion of H&H Truck & Outdoor. Meeting the conditions above does not by itself guarantee a refund. Where a refund is approved, it is issued to the original method of payment, and we may instead offer an exchange or store credit.
If we got it wrong
If we supplied the wrong item, or the item arrived damaged or defective, we will put it right at no cost to you and no restocking fee will apply. Tell us within 15 days of collecting your order so we can sort it out.
Things we cannot take back
- Special order items, as described above.
- Any item that has been opened, installed, fitted or used.
- Items returned without their original packaging, or with parts missing.
- Buildings and structures — sheds, carports and garages — once they have been delivered or built on site.
- Gift cards.
How to start a return
Contact the store you collected from, or email [email protected], within 15 days of collection. Tell us your order number and what you would like to return, and we will let you know whether it is approved and where to bring it. Returns are made to an H&H store — please do not ship anything back to us without approval.
Once we have received and inspected an approved return, we will let you know the outcome. Approved refunds are normally processed within 5–10 business days, and the time it takes to appear on your statement depends on your bank or card issuer.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any right you have under applicable law, including rights relating to goods that are faulty or not as described.
