Standard Crossover Tool Box

Truck owners appreciate the CamLocker Crossover toolbox and they’re they are one of the most popular styles. This is because you can conveniently store your tools, while still being able to use the full truck bed. How? The box is placed a few inches above the bed - right behind the cab - so lumber, sheetrock, and other cargo can easily slide right underneath the box. The standard CamLocker toolbox comes in multiple styles, including both fitment-specific and universal.

Low Profile Crossover Tool Box

Next up are the Low Profile CamLocker truck tool boxes. As the name suggests, low profile tool box lids sit three inches lower than standard boxes – giving the driver a better view out of the rear window. That’s why so many pickup owners have made the low profile crossover tool box CamLocker’s most popular style. The low profile lid still allows plenty of room inside, while below the lid, the boxes are the same as their standard counterparts. The Low Profile tool boxes come in several styles, including both model-specific and universal.

King Size (Deep) Crossover Tool Box

Let’s say that you like the crossover style because of its benefits but you simply have more tools than what the Crossover tool box can carry. In that case, the King Size Crossover CamLocker truck tool boxes would be just right for you! King-size tool boxes are built with a 20” depth (measured front to back), compared to the standard depth of 19”. That’s about 25% more space to fill up with your gear! These boxes come in 54-71” widths to fit any pickup truck and can also be purchased with notched bottoms, making it easy to fit over wheel wells in smaller beds.

King Size (Deep) Low Profile Crossover Tool Box

For truck owners who appreciate the low-profile style and really need extra storage space, the King Size Deep Low Profile Crossover CamLocker tool boxes can check both boxes on your list. These are available in 54-71” widths, and like the standard King Size boxes, these are also available with notched bottoms, to fit over wheel wells in shorter beds.

King Size Extra Deep and & Wide Crossover Box

If the King Size Deep crossover tool box still isn’t enough space for you, then you need the King Size Extra Deep and Wide Crossover CamLocker tool box. This is CamLocker’s largest box. It’s 24.5” deep (front to back) with a 19” bottom. That is a LOT of space – about 30% more than the standard box. The King Size Extra Deep and Wide is only available in a 71” width and may not fit in smaller beds.

Side Mount Box

The CamLocker Side Mount tool box is, as the name implies, mounted on the side of the truck to allow you to add even more storage space to your pickup truck’s bed. Their placement on the side of the bed means you’ll have easy access to the things you need the most on the jobsite, without having to get up into the bed. Side mount tool boxes are universal-fit, include support legs, and are available in 36, 48, 60, 68, and 72 inch lengths
