I recently purchased 2 warn winches from this location. The staff was friendly and very helpful. One on the winches I ordered would not fit due to casing size... this was not their fault as warns website did not specify this. I made a simple phone call and they ordered the correct winch, and exchanged it with no issues. Will definitely be a repeat customer .
